TROIKA is an RvR guild that believes in maintaining a strong mix of full-time and part-time players. We strive to recruit the best players and offer them and their friends, a great home. All members will follow these policies.
- Show respect for fellow guildmates. Sexist, racial, and general hatist remarks will not be tolerated. Members found inciting such inner guild "drama" will be dealt with swiftly.
- Show respect for your realm. Remember you represent our guild at all times and public chat channels are to be kept clean. Elitism, fighting, personal attacks, or disparaging remarks will not be tolerated.
- We are only as strong as our weakest member. When you are in a guild event, your attention is expected. Members with repeated attention problems, AFK issues, or disruptive behavior may be substituted, and if nessessary, penalized from future events.
- Looting Rules: Only roll need if an item is needed. Members reported for repeated "improper needing" of drops will be investigated and action taken if nessessary.
- While members may not always agree with the decision of an officer or guild leader, they are expected to follow orders promptly and without debate. Suggestions are welcome, arguments are not.
- We have our integrity to maintain. Members found violating a game's EULA, or using exploits, cheats, etc will be investigated, and if found guilty of abuse, reported and ejected from the guild.
- Vent is required in warbands to recieve leader instructions/coordination. While a mic is optional, it is highly recommended.
- If at any time you leave the guild in anger or dispute you will not be allowed to return. If problems arise please discuss them with an officer and make an effort get a resolution. So think twice before you get mad and quit.
